Mom won a chair in a contest. It's a super awesome chair except it's about 80 pounds. THE BEST PART OF IT: in came in this.

I spent about 3 hours in that box. It was an awesome box. It was so big that I had to make a tower out of concrete bricks and jump in. I got a huge bruise on my leg doing that.

I live a hard life, what can I say.

Also mom kept laughing at me. So did everyone else. So I ended up sealing myself in.There was also an ottoman which came in a smaller but still cool box.

last week I stayed with Carmela's family in Minneapoilis. It. Rocked.
here's a random list of things we did

Past few days

My dad is president of the city's museum and so we're in charge of keeping it clean, throwing the dead bats outside, etc etc etc.
So anyway, we've been volunteering a lot the past few days. Since they absolutely blast the lawn with chemicals(booo), there's a lot of 4-leaf clovers.
So far in the past 2 days, I've found 9 4-leaf clovers, a bunch of 5 and 6 leaf ones, and even...a seven leaf clover!
It's bad that they use so much chemicals but it's pretty awesome that there's so many mutants, right? Maybe I'm the only mutant lover. That would be sad.

Today we went grocery shopping which is eh, not so fun in itself but fun if you have awesomazingly fun parents it's tolerable. We also got tacos since mom has been shouting about "taco Tuesday" for a month now. Kinda weird but c'est la vie.

I also found a goose nest and found out that the kids in town are easily won over.

Then we did stuffy stuff for a while and then I chatted with the epic awesome gorge and fab etc Carmela for roughly 3 hours.
Next week(the 30th) I'm staying at her house!!!

Ok in case you didn't know, I was in Florida for 2 weeks.It was kinda epic
States we went through:
Minnesota we were only in MN for like an hour so not much
Iowa lots of annoying billboards

me with some kind of chocolate milk

Illinois I had some kind of chocolate milk and I climbed off a bridge
Missouri I love Missouri, as it turns out. We stayed at a creepy hotel and found a cat, which we named and fed, but he left ;_;
Kentucky I don't really remember much about it. There were horses though. Obviously.
Tennessee we went through Nashville!!! It. Was. Awesome. We went to a cursed Waffle House and Jack played Justin Beiber on the jukebox, which was really really annoying but whatever
Arkansas we were in Arkansas for like 3 minuets
Mississippi ditto but it was fun hearing Jack try to spell it
Georgia we went to the beach here and I found a ton of live crabs which everyone except me got to pose with
Florida I'm writing a whole post about this later so

oh yeah, and we WENT TO HARRY POTTER IN ORLANDO STUDIOS!!!!

1. Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater
I really liked this. It's about werewolfs. I'd say 13+, though.

2.A Girl Named Sooner by Suzanne Clauser (can't find a good link)

Again, I really liked it, but maybe for teenagers.

Or mature people. About an abused girl.

3.The Higher Power of Lucky by Susan Patron
I loved this when I read it a few years ago.

It's also about a girl. Okay for all ages, but younger kids

(7-9)would like it more.

4.The Pinhoe Egg by Diana Wynne Jones
Really good. All ages. Magic! Long, though.

5.The Kingdom of Carbonel by Barbara Sleigh
It's about talking cats. I liked it a lot. Everyone.

6.The Castle Corona by Sharon Creech (and anything else by her)
Awesome. Sharon Creech is my favorite writer ever.

Everything by her is great for anyone to read.

Very good. Maybe for younger kids, though

I read this when I was little, and it made me cry.

TTOTS was good, but more for little kids.

CW was kinda depressing. But anyone could read it.

I liked this. I read about it first on Shut Up! I'm Reading. It's written in present-tense which makes it really awkward to read. I liked the characters(although Katniss made me roll my eyes quite a bit) Prim sort of annoyed me. I didn't and still don't get why everyone adores her so much. I liked Haymitch....he's awesome. And Peeta. <3 I've been team Peeta from the start. I love boys named after bread. ;D I liked the story. I would have written it differently,(In past tense) but I'm not the writer. Yes, I have read the last two, I'll review them later.

Overall, good book. I enjoyed it.

This book is....meh. I don't like it. The characters are shallow and all you know about them is their stereotype. They don't have any depth. Damen is kind of a jerk and reminds me of Edward from Twilight. Old, immortal, *~beautiful~*(not sparkly though) and controlling. I can't think of what I liked in the book. The scene with what's-her-face the mean chick and Ever. You know the one.

Hello. I'm very cheerful/hyper/annoying today.

I had German class and that always makes me soooo happy because I love it! =D I told my teacher that she had a beautiful back accidentally...

We went hiking with our friends today......it was at an *awesome* park where (sadly...) they were hunting with bows and arrows which I think is SO cruel because you need to be as good as Katniss at archery to not end up with a suffering animal.....just sad.
Anyway, it was FANTASTIC, so pretty....there was a walkway which was apparently supposed to float on a lake but it got messed up and all crooked (it looked like one of those freaky drawings where the stairs are on the ceiling and the side walk is all twisty) so it was closed, cation tape and everything. We went on it anyway. It was FUN.
I dropped out of Spanish. But...lets not talk about that....how about...books! :] (..my conversations usually end up at books. BOOKS ARE MY LIFE)

I've recently finished the Modern Faerie Tale books by Holly Black....They are officially my favorite books EVER. They're so dark. And I've always liked faerie tales. I just love the books. I *REALLY* (enough emphasis!?!?)like Corny and Luis. :3

I also finished Hunger Games 2 and it was awesome. I want Mockingjay SO BAD!!! Unfortunately, SOMEONE RUINED IT FOR ME!!! D': I'll still read it, because they're pretty darn good. I wish there was less ROMANCE!! I like a little but it has a ton.

I'm getting weird now...I'm always weird but more than usual.

So Anna asked me to post photography tips....I really don't think I'm good enough for people to want tips from me...I *HATE* feeling stuck up...arg.
Heres what I think about....

keep the rule of thirds in mind. It really does help.
Finding something interesting is good, but everything is interesting so it's hard.(following??)
I really like pictures of animals. So, take pictures of an animal. But take it from their level, even if it's a grass hopper....it really makes it look better. Go to a pet store or zoo to get nice animal models.
look for pretty things. They're cool.

These must be the stupidest tips in the world...xD

I don't usually blog about my day or anything so I am now. Today I spent most of the day out side. I practiced jumping off of things into a leaf pile, hanging upside down, and tree climbing. Then the other kids(Not Alex) came out and we made the pile bigger, had smoothies etc. We built forts (not snow. concrete) and declared war. I tied thistles to a stick for my weapon, Anna had 'bombs' of dirt wrapped in leaves so it would cover you, and a really big stick. Like 8 feet long. Jack had pinecones mostly...anyway, we had fun, got hurt. (yeah we're all okay) and just had a cool day.

It hasn't snowed since the other day. It's super warm here.

I discovered I like it Rise Against today!! Well, the one song I heard. But I almost started crying. I listened to Hero of War....It's so sad....

I miss the play. It comes back in two days.

I got a mp3 player today. It's black. It has odd music on it. Avril Lavine (however you spell it), Tom Petty, A band that I can't think of the name of but the songs mostly involve "it's raining wine", Hey There Delilah, A song about Boston or something(I think it's called 'Boston' Talk about creative names), Rehab, Everyone Wants to Rule the World (huh?) and some other random stuff. Oh yeah, and TOKIO HOTEL! That's the only thing that's mine.

My headphones are broken and sound only comes from one ear.

Today I built stuff and painted stuff and worked on the pageant set.

I sleep on the couch because there's a biting spider that now lives in my bed.

I want something with sugar in it.

I have Reden stuck in my head. And Thema Nr.1. And Automatic. I always get a bunch of songs at a time stuck in my head. People are like, "Oh then listen to a new song" when I do my brain is like "Awesome! Add it to the list!" And the songs are all playing AT THE SAME TIME.

Now it is 1:30 AM.

This is my first review, so yeah. And I'm a bad writer. And speller.

Anyway,

I really liked it. I was reading until 2:30 AM. :D I liked the characters (well the ones I'm supposed to. I'm also really weirdly obsessed with Eve.), the idea, everything. I know I'm supposed to, but I can't think of any real cons. A tiny bit too much romance maybe. I mean, I don't mind romance, but it seemed like every sentence had "we kissed again." I didn't mind much, though. The ending was kind of a surprise to me, but I can't say any more. Spoilers, ya know. I get surprised by everything though, so don't take my word for it.

How to make a sparkle pic in a lot of steps.

First, fill the screen black

It has to be pure black. Then click on brush and set it to scatter and flow 100%

So animated brushes. Click the snow one. It will take a very long time to load, though.

Add a new layer and draw in white all over it. Duplicate it twice (layer-duplicate) then click the bottom (1 up from the black one) and go to Filters-

Blur-linear blur. St it to X 100% Y0% quality 7 and continues. Duplicate it to make it brighter.

go to the next layer up and do linear blur with the same settings but X0% and Y100%. Duplicate that one too.

Almost done.....New layer then find a gradient you like and fill the layer with it.

Then, where it says normal click overlay and.......
